Admissions
Admissions to Carrier Clinic can be made at any hour of the day, any day of the
week.
Your call to Carrier’s Access Center puts you in touch with a specialist experienced
in behavioral health services who will ask for preliminary information regarding
your illness. In addition, you will be asked to supply information regarding your
insurance coverage.
Next, an appointment will be set up at our Access Center where an admission assessment
will be conducted.
At the time of your appointment, your insurance carrier will be contacted in order
to obtain a pre-certification for your treatment. Upon completion of your assessment,
you will be admitted to the Carrier Clinic unit that is appropriate for the type
of treatment needed.
The Access Center is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and can be reached by calling
