This information is for inpatients, family members or visitors who have suggestions or concerns about patient’s care at Carrier Clinic, or any other issues.

Privacy Statement

At Carrier Clinic, we respect the privacy and confidentiality of your health information. This Notice of Privacy Practices ("Notice") describes how we may use and disclose your medical/health information and how you can get access to this information. This Notice applies to uses and disclosures we may make of all your health information whether created or received by us.
H1N1 Swine Flu News
The H1N1 virus is now widespread throughout New Jersey. Carrier Clinic has been working closely with county and state officials to coordinate efforts.

In an effort to protect our patients, residents and staff during this influenza season, we are requesting that no visitors under the age of 18 will be allowed at the Hospital, Blake Recovery Center, The East Mountain Youth Lodge, or East Mountain School.

In addition, we ask that anyone presenting influenza-like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea) to please stay home and refrain from visiting friends and loved ones in the hospital.
