Attention visitors: Current construction around 206 and the 601 intersection may cause delays. Please allow yourself some extra time for traveling and be aware of the new traffic pattern.


GENERAL DIRECTIONS

I. From Northern New Jersey and NYC
  1. Either I-80 (far north) or I-78 (north central)
  2. Exit on I-287 South; take ramp (right) onto Route 202/206 South (Somerville-Flemington). Follow signs to 206 South.
  3. Keep right onto ramp towards Route 206 South/Somerville/Princeton.
    Continue to Somerville Circle; complete 3/4 of circle and follow Route 206 South (Princeton sign).
  4. Travel 8 miles south on Route 206. Immediately following the Belle Mead Post Office, turn right at the light for Trent Ave (Rt 601).
  5. Carrier Clinic is located one mile down 601 on the right.

II. From Northern or Southern New Jersey
  1. New Jersey Turnpike-Exit at Interchange #10
  2. Take I-287 North/West until exit #14B-a left lane exit onto U.S. Route 22 West (sign reads to Easton-Somerville).
  3. Continue on Route 22 until abrupt right lane exit onto U.S. 202/206 South (sign reads Flemington-Princeton).
  4. Proceed as under I, numbers 2-4.

III. Garden State Parkway
  1. From the South:
  2. Take right lane exit #127 and follow signs for I-287 North.
  3. Proceed as under II, numbers 1-3.

IV. From New Jersey Shore Area
  1. Garden State Parkway as above; OR, alternate through Freehold:
  2. Head west on Route 33 to Hightstown; bear left onto Main Street.
    Turn right in town at traffic light onto Route 571; continue west.
  3. Cross U.S. 130 and later U.S. 1 (One); stay on Route 571 over bridge and up the hill into Princeton.
  4. Turn left onto the main street of Princeton-Nassau Street/Route 27.
  5. At the end go town (3rd traffic light), turn right onto Route 206 North; go 8 miles north on Route 206; turn left at the light for Trent Ave (Route 601).
  6. Carrier Clinic is located one mile down 601 on the right.

V. From Routes 195 and 295
  1. Follow Route 195 North West to Exit 60B (Route 295 North). Route 295 North will turn into Route 95 South around the exit for Route 1.
  2. Continue on Route 95 until Exit 7B (Route 206 North-Lawrenceville/Princeton).
  3. Take Route 206 through Lawrenceville and continue to light at Elm Road and make a left (to Hopewell). If you reach the center of Princeton (three-way intersection and light), you have gone one light too far.
  4. As you travel on Elm Road, the name changes to Great Road and eventually becomes Route 601. Continue through a four-way stop sign and a light at the intersection of Routes 601 and 518. Carrier Clinic is 4 miles past Route 518, on the left.

VII. From Philadelphia Area or Southern NJ
  1. Take I-95 North to New Jersey over Scudders Falls Bridge.
  2. Exit I-95 at Route 31 North; exit #4 in New Jersey.
  3. Go 6 miles on Route 31 North; bear right onto Country Route 654, (follow signs for Hopewell).
  4. Proceed 8 miles on Route 654 which becomes Route 518 through Hopewell to Blawenburg Road/Route 601 (restaurant on left at traffic light-corner of Route 518 and Route 601).
  5. Turn left onto Route 601/Blawenburg Road; continue 4 miles to Carrier Clinic.
